Job Description

Analyze and provide feedback on daily report of the field staff. The said profile is expected to generate, compile and analyze the day wise reports and guide the monitoring team, appropriately, who in turn will be coordinating with the field team. Suggest suitable strategy for prospecting and conversion Lead generation from daily report and to ensure proper maintenance of key customers tracker. Providing assistance to field staff in generating business, with support of the above said customer list and when needed, talking to the customer directly or escalating the customer details to the person that can convert them .Assisting in preparing quotation and price discussion Try to evaluate the customers to understand their requirement with different perspective Leads and RL followup and conversion.

Qualifications

Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation

Experience

2+ Years

Good Communication Skills Proficiency in MS office especially Excel Initiative and team leading Multi lingual Flexible & result oriented Stress management Strong problem solving ability Planning & identifying prospect customer
