region and industrial clusters. The policy, following the 2023 State Logistics Policy, focuses on four pillars: national <a href=\"https:\/\/navata.com\/cms\/safe-and-efficient-warehousing-in-logistics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">warehousing<\/a> standards, institutional mechanisms, regulatory streamlining, and commodity-based clustering.<\/p><p>During a stakeholder meet, TIDCO\u2019s MD Sandeep Nanduri confirmed phased identification of priority districts. The state is also progressing on multimodal logistics parks in Mappedu, Coimbatore, and Thoothukudi under its \u20b963,000 crore Integrated Logistics Plan.<\/p><p>Despite strong manufacturing and port networks, Tamil Nadu faces infrastructure gaps like cargo delays and cold chain shortages. Warehousing demand is surging, led by engineering firms, with Chennai and Bengaluru showing doubled leasing activity in early 2025.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
