Born into a modest background in Velpuru on 10th May 1933, our founder,Late Mr. Parvataneni Subhas Chandra Bose
gave up his education and moved from a remote village to Vijayawada in
1948. He started his career as a mechanic and being a visionary he truly
understood that entrepreneurship is the key to drive economic growth in
a new born India. His priority was for great values like truth,
sustained hard work, loyalty, honesty, integrity, courage and
determination to learn. Ultimately, he earned the most honorable place
in the hearts of industrial workers of autonagar conferred with the
degree of Mechanic Bose.
Immense struggle and continued support from his brothers Parvataneni Sukhadev and Parvataneni Venkata Koteswara Rao enabled him to save enough to start his own garage in 1956 and by 1960, he became a force multiplier in autonagar, Vijayawada.
He was popular for treating workers with a philosophy - nobody works for me, everybody works with me.
This laid a foundation to what has now become a prestigious group of sister concerns providing employment to over 3000 direct employees and several thousands of indirect employees. The success ofs this group can be greatly attributed to the will of entrepreneurship of our founder which is being passed down from him to the future generations.........
