Navata Road Transport, a regular road parcel service, established in the year 1982, by our founder Late Parvataneni Subhas Chandra Bose, now occupies a place of pride among the leading Road Transport Organizations in South India. We have a network of 626 branches in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. Recently we have extended our operations into the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat and have ambitious further expansion plans.
Infrastructure: We have our own infrastructure at all strategic locations and Our Head Office is located at a walk-able distance to Asia’s biggest Autonagar in Vijayawada. The infrastructure at our Head Office is developed in a sprawling space with Administrative block, Transshipment block, Utility block (with guest rooms / dormitory/ Canteen etc.,) to provide amenities to employees. We own a fleet of about 325 closed bodied vehicles to support our operations. Warehouses and distribution centers are an integral part of operations at Navata and the operations follow hub and spoke network system. Every warehouse handles thousands of tons of consignments on a daily basis.
Support Services by Sister Concerns: Our Work Shop in Vijayawada, “M/s PSC Bose Automobiles” caters to the body building / maintenance / repairs of our entire fleet. M/s PSB Industries at Visakhapatnam, a Tyre Retreading Unit and M/s Ravi Rays at Visakhapatnam- a petroleum outlet (with highest sales in south india, and a member of Indian Oil Corporation Chairman panel) extend their support services.
Staff: We have well disciplined and committed work force of about 2500 enjoying various welfare benefits like educational scholarships to their children, brothers and sisters, over and above all the statutory benefits.
Social Responsibility: ‘Navata’ and its group of Firms, floated a Trust ‘M/s PSCBose Memorial Trust’ to take up social service activities. The trust has established a driving School in the name and style ‘M/s PSCBose Memorial Driving School’ where free training is imparted in motor vehicle driving by providing free boarding and lodging, to those who want to make driving as their profession. A free dispensary is also provided in the Asias’ biggest autonagar, Vijayawada to provide first aid facility to the needy workers in Autonagar.
